After a few months of lockdown we were itching to get out of the house so we went for a long weekend to Karoo NP near Beaufort West. The weather was mixed, as expected for the middle of winter, with some sun, some rain, and lots of wind.

We never found the elusive Karoo lions but saw plenty of snack meat.
